In-store Collection & Returns

At Billy's Power Tools, we are collect from in-shop only. 

Collection in-store is between 09.00 till 15.00 Monday to Friday.

Returns and Exchanges

All item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date shown on the receipt.

Goods received outside of the return’s timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

All item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received, (includes shoes in the original undamaged box) with all labels attached.

New and unused means there are no marks on the item(s) or wear on the tags and the item(s) have been returned to us in a saleable condition.

Billy's Power Tools will not accept returns for non-faulty item(s) that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed.

All item(s) purchased on the insert name website must be returned to our store at the responsibility of the sender. Billy's Power Tools cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost or delayed when being returned.

Sale item(s) are non-returnable and non-fundable.

Please note that we do not offer a free return’s service. Returns costs must be meet by the customer.
